How many days in advance do I need to reserve my car?
We recommend that you book your car at least 2 weeks in
advance. During the high season, car rental companies may
become sold out. We will accept reservations up to your arrival
date.
How many days in advance do I need to reserve my car to
receive my free
Caribbean Card ?
We recommend that you book your car at least 2 weeks in advance; this is to insure that the Caribbean Card arrives in time (via US mail) for you vacation.
Is there a minimum rental duration to receive the free
Caribbean Card ?
No. The free Caribbean Card is valid on any rental, while supplies last.
Is there a minimum rental period required?
There is no minimum rental period.
What are refueling terms?
A refueling charge will be incurred if the car is returned with less fuel than when rented.
Will my car be available at the airport or other pick
up location?
Yes, either your car or a shuttle will be waiting for you
at the airport. If you prefer hotel drop off, select Hotel
Option on the reservation form. (See the home page for a list
of other locations.)
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Any Changes to reservations will be made upon request at
no additional charge.
A non-refundable deposit applies to all reservations. To request a change or to cancel your
reservation email stmartinonline@gmail.com.
However, we do offer travel insurance should you want to
protect yourself in the case of an unexpected change of plans.

What is the minimum age required to rent
a car?
The minimum age to rent a car varies between suppliers. Charlie's Car Rental requires that all drivers must be at least 21.
Are car seats available?
Car seats are available upon request for a small amount per day.
Can I add additional drivers?
Additional drivers cost $7.00 per person, per day.. All drivers must be registered at time of rental and must meet qualification standards.
Is service provided in the case of a flat
tire or possible problems?
Yes, 24-hour service is available.
Is there a mileage charge?
There are no additional charges on mileage. Rates shown include unlimited free mileage/killometers.
